4:00 p.m. Trolley Tour of Historic Sites with local guide. Learn the history of the Muscle Shoals region and the cities of Tuscumbia, Florence, Sheffield and Muscle Shoals and view historic sites around the Shoals from the Trolley. (Limited to first 30) Departs from Microtel and/or other hotels
7:00 p.m. Welcome Reception with Heavy Hors d’oeuvres in a private antebellum home.

10:00- 11:30 Board Meeting at the Mayfair. Activities at Oka Kapassa Festival- Historic 1700-1800 Warrior Camp, Indian Dances, Basket Making. Authors at Coldwater Books, Art Exhibit at Tennessee Valley Art Museum
Noon Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon at the Mayfair, Speaker – Dale Wilkerson, Acting Superintendent, Election of Officers and Directors
1:30 p.m. Afternoon Tracks: Recreation: Cycling Safety on the Parkway – On site at the Mayfair
History: New Discoveries about the American Indians along the Natchez Trace – Courtroom at Tuscumbia City Hall / Old Post Office Building. (Across the street from The Mayfair)
